Good morning LIM fellows.. I wanted to share a bit about my experience thus far and how the session yesterday affected my presence this morning.. I have had a moment to reflect on how I woke and moved with devotion to my family. I am tuned into how my morning rituals are migrating to be more cohesive with the wants and desires of my wife, she has asked and I have received the data to alter certain behaviors and without any resistance I moved graciously through the morning with shared abundance and positive flow.. It feels so good… I am working on a more heart centered progression, thats my conscious awakening mantra today. Circling back to the ALL in the energy field that surrounds me… This is great group to be a part of, the accountability is really working for me.

I wanted to jump on and share about the session today before it’s ripples dissolve into the energies of tomorrow. I am so grateful for the invitation to attend today. It was time very well spent. Experiencing the energies of the members of the group felt deeply supportive to me. This subject is still so raw for me and yet, I felt so held in my vulnerability. I felt deeply centered after our immersion and I felt the invitation more deeply into myself, first, before union. I feel so clearly the layers of my own conditioning where I have been asked and/or forced to be something that is not me. From a quietening of my joy and exuberance to a deep questioning and often denial of my own intuition and knowing of this world… and all the textures in between.
