— REIKI AND SOUND BATH HEALING SESSIONS —
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE COMBINING REIKI
WITH THE RESONANCE OF TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS
DESIGNED TO TAKE YOU INTO A DEEPLY HEALING MEDITATIVE STATE
We begin with a tea ceremony to center ourselves and allow our presence and intentions to guide us into the experience. Tea has been used by monks for centuries to subtly stay focused for longer meditations, allowing one to retain any memory of visions and inner feelings, while still in a highly desirable conscious-unconscious state. Tea focuses the mind, and its natural amino acid L-Theanine gently calms anxieties in your heart.
Sessions involve lying down on a massage table (or padded floor for Tibetan singing bowl sound baths) in comfortable clothing. You will then be guided into a meditative state utilizing breathwork and hands gently placed on your body reestablishing balance and harmony. Each session may be silent or utilize pre-recorded sound designs, tuning forks or the resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls for a fully expansive sound bath experience, taking you into a deeper meditative state.
Your session then ends with a review of your experience and mental coaching, where we can allow your inner guide to show you the path to clarity, healing, and peace.
To begin, I recommend a minimum of 4 sessions in succession 1–2 weeks apart to create vigorous momentum for your inner transformation. I recommend consistent sessions for exceptional chronic, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues where you can delve into the very nature of your inner being. Then once you have found a solid ground to walk on, occasional 'tune-ups' can be scheduled.
My dog Milla (also my ceremonial attendant) will be on hand after each session to interpret visions and offer guidance. ;)

— DISTANCE REIKI —
Distant Reiki, also known as Absent Reiki, can be sent at a distance to those not available in person anywhere across the globe. Think of this as a united meditation, where we connect to the Universal Life Force within us all, without the barrier of space and time. To perform Distance Reiki, I will require your full name, home address, phone number and a recent photo. If you would like the Reiki treatment for another person, the information submitted should be of the other person, and you must obtain their permission before any treatment will be given. An optimal service for those seeking treatment, before and after surgery, those suffering from an illness at home or in a hospital, on location before an important sporting event, performance or presentation, or any other personal or professional stressful circumstance life may bring.
– Brief phone call to review your needs
– 20 minute Distance Reiki session
– Schedule a time where you or the recipient can lie down in a quiet place comfortably without distractions for the duration of the session.

— POLICIES —
Ideally no coffee within 6 hours of appointment. The spike in caffeine from coffee, as opposed to tea, stays in your system for 6-10 hours. The goal is to get you into a deeply relaxed meditative state. The caffeine in coffee can interrupt this process.
WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING
Wear comfortable clothing if possible. Restrictive clothing (suits, tight dresses, etc.) can make you uncomfortable while laying down during your session. The last thing we would want is for you to feel any minor irritation or discomfort that may distract your meditative experience.
Try not to eat anything within 2 hours of your session, especially overly acidic or sugary foods like burgers, fries, sodas or candy of any kind. Having food in your stomach while lying down is never a comfortable experience. The cleaner you arrive at your session, the more potential you have for clarity of mind and body during your experience. While cleansing beforehand is not necessary, you would greatly benefit if you ate cleanly 24 hours before your session. If possible, I suggest eating only whole foods and vegetables with plenty of water at least one day in advance of any appointment.
FRIENDLY DOG / CEREMONIAL ATTENDANT
Please note I have a small 11-year-old Jack Russell dog. Very well trained, zen and Queen of her castle. During every session, she calmly passes out in her bed and wakes just in time to help with your reading. Her name is Milla, a Slavic name meaning 'Ceremonial Attendant', and no I didn't know this when she was named. The universe has a funny way of reminding us of our path. ;) If this is an issue for you, I apologize, but I will unfortunately not be able to treat you.
— Understanding that we all can have unpredictable schedules, please be considerate when cancelling an appointment. A missed appointment without proper notice means the potential for another client from being seen. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee of the full session rate will be charged.
Payments accepted by cash, Venmo, and Paypal for credit cards.
